Paper converting machines are usually classified into fully automatic and semi automatic machines according to two functions.

1: PLC Controller
If a paper machine has a PLC controller, then it is a fully automatic paper machine. Otherwise, it is called a semi automatic paper machine. These two types of machines differ from each other significantly in their shape, complexity and price.

2: Paper Core Adding Function
If a paper machine can add paper cores automatically, it is considered to be a fully automatic paper machine. If not, it will be a semi automatic machine.
